Make it possible to have blimpstore in .git

Would make it possibly to have clones self contained.

This almost works, you can now define the path to "blimpstore" in the .blimp.conf - and you can have .blimp.conf in the "current directory" or in the git-root (root of the git repo). But ... you don't have a good way to describe a relative path to the git-root in .blimp.conf. :)
